Active Duty members are entitled to one frame of choice per year and a standard issue frame. If patients lose or break their glasses, but have a current eye examination in their health record (less than 2 years old), they may request to reorder glasses or obtain a copy of their prescription via MHS Genesis Patient Portal messaging.
